Refund Policy

Returns ,Refunds, Exchanges
Please consult with your medical professional before wearing any of our products . Once you have been professionally fitted with a garment in person  no refunds will not be provided, 


Please contact us  by email, ,  within 24 hours with clear , visible photos of any discrepancy with your purchase arrival from the tracking date .

After receipt of your order any concerns must be sent to us in writing by email to with clear, visible photos by 24 hours of Tracking receipt  . If return is inspected and approved by Management , a 30% restocking fee will be deducted off the total cost of your order ,Refunds will be  store credit only. Shipping is non refundable .Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.  Your returned product must be delivered  to us in the new condition , not soiled, no perfume, unworn ,not washed ,with tags and  in the original packaging. M2M Fajas cannot give store credit for soiled, washed, or altered products. If your order shows  of wear you will receive an email to this final decision and order will be  returned to shipping address on file and store credit will not be  provided.

Refunds :

Approved Store credit only is the only form of refund  by Management after review of returned original order within 7 business days. No refund will be considered without the return of the original order to the designated address upon approval code sent by email. 


A purchased  Consultation Service  or alteration appointment cannot be refunded  within 48 hours, No refunds will be provided for any missed appointments. Once a service is  provided in person  or by  Any virtual video  mode .facetime, facebook, zoom, duo  whatsapp, google, etc.... the consultation  fee is non refundable as the service has been adequately rendered.


M2M Fajas  do not provide exchanges at this time.
